Description
Feel the harmony of movement, rhythm and terrain while Nordic skiing with former competitive athlete Verena Möst.
Verena Möst: "Hoarfrost, cool breath, sparkling snow crystals, crunching steps... Time for exercise and enjoyment. In the midst of unique nature, you will feel the lightness of gliding, find your balance and the joy of skiing downhill. Follow your breath, feel your body in the cold and snow - simply pure happiness. Come into harmony with yourself - with all your senses."
Introduction followed by a tour (classic)
Duration: approx. 2 hours, start 10 am, Club Thurnerspur, Thurner 2b, St. Märgen
If there is no snow on the Thurner, the course may be moved to another location.
