You can exchange this for a ski ticket at the ticket machines or day ticket offices, or conveniently book your ticket directly to your existing keycard.

Keycard
You still have a ski pass card from your last skiing holiday? Then load your ticket quickly and easily onto this keycard. On the back of your card you will find a 23-digit card number. Please enter this number in the "Keycard number" field. The credit on your keycard will be activated automatically as soon as you pass through the turnstile for the first time.
Note: Only works with keycards from the manufacturer Skidata.

Cancellation conditions
The voucher purchase can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start date. This requires an email to Card@hochschwarzwald.de. From 24 hours before the start date, the cancellation fee is 100% of the purchase price.

How do I book the multi-day ski ticket for the Feldberg ski area?
The multi-day ski tickets at a special price can only be booked online via mein.hochschwarzwald.de for holders of a valid activated Hochschwarzwald Card within the period of stay of two nights or more. Once payment has been made, you will receive a voucher with a QR code which can be exchanged for a ski ticket at the ticket machine or at the ticket office (media exchange).
You specify the start of the chosen days within which you can use the ski ticket during your booking.
Example: 3-in-5-days-ski ticket:
Your stay is from 15.01.246 to 20.01.26. You book your ski ticket for 15.01.26. Now you can ski your 3 days within the period 15 - 19.01.26.
If you have an existing keycard, the multi-day ski ticket can be loaded directly onto this keycard when booking. To do this, the 23-digit ID on the back of the card must begin with 01. With the keycard, you can activate your multi-day ski ticket as soon as you pass through the turnstile, giving you the great advantage of being able to go straight onto the piste after booking without having to queue at the ticket machine or cash desk.

What happens if I want to cancel the purchased multi-day ski ticket from the Feldberg ski area?
After booking the voucher, the purchase can be cancelled free of charge before media exchange up to 24 hours before the start of the booked start date (start of service). This requires an e-mail to card@hochschwarzwald.de.
From 24 hours before the start of the booked start date (start of service) and after the media exchange has taken place, free cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, the cancellation fee is 100% of the purchase price.
Where are the exchange points for the ski tickets?
You will receive a QR code by email after completing your purchase. You then have to scan this QR code (whether printed out on paper or on your smartphone) at one of the pick-up machines in the ski area (located in the multi-storey car park (level 4), Seebuck, Grafenmatt and Fahl ticket office areas) or at the service ticket offices (Seebuck, Grafenmatt, Fahl) and your ticket will be printed out directly on site. However, this may involve waiting times! This process can also be completed the day before (opening hours of pick-up machines: 09:00 - 16:30).
