About the digital Rred Card

From 01.12.2023, all inclusive services with the Hochschwarzwald Card are free of charge. There are no more Plus services. However, you can book certain services at a special price via mein.hochschwarzwald.de. These include the Badeparadies Schwarzwald with an exclusive 2-hour ticket and the Feldberg cable cars with a 3-in-5-day ski ticket at a special price. The included services can be used once per stay (including arrival and departure day).
Each Card guest receives their own QR code. The guest's QR code and those of their fellow travellers can be found under My Card (QR code). The QR code can also be used in printed form for the included services.
The inclusive services include museums, outdoor pools, minigolf, adventure golf, cross-country ski hire and tobogganing and are free of charge for Card guests once during their stay. As before, the included services can generally be visited simply by using the QR code. However, there are exceptions where you have to register before your visit.
To enjoy our inclusive services even without internet reception, we recommend that you download your QR code and those of your fellow travelers to your cell phone.
Bookings for the Badeparadies Schwarzwald are made via an external redirect from mein.hochschwarzwald.de directly on the Badeparadies homepage. With the Hochschwarzwald Card, an exclusive 2-hour ticket for the Galaxy area or the Palm Oasis can be booked subject to availability. On Saturdays and Sundays, this two-hour ticket is offered as a combined ticket for Galaxy and Palmenoase. The surcharge for a day ticket or a longer stay than 2 hours is 5 euros per Card guest.
After booking, you will receive an e-mail with the voucher containing the admission ticket to Badeparadies Schwarzwald.

The booking is made via the external forwarding to the homepage of Feldberg Sports GmbH or the Wintersportschule Thoma. As a Card guest, your discount will be deducted directly from the shopping basket when booking and you will receive an email with the ticket. The activated Hochschwarzwald Card must be shown in addition to the ticket when checking in at the ski school or when collecting the equipment from the hire shop. The general terms and conditions of Feldberg Sports GmbH and Wintersportschule Thoma apply.
Your Card and those of your fellow travelers will be displayed under Tickets. There is no possibility to additionally activate one of the cards valid for this vacation in another user account.
If you and your fellow travelers want to visit different attractions, there are two ways to ensure each traveler access to his/her own QR code:
the fellow travelers who want to visit a different attraction than yourself can log in to the user account in which the cards are activated, in order to be able to open their own card on a different smartphone each time.
by clicking on "Download as PDF document" on the guest card of a fellow traveler, you can easily download the QR code for the use of the free included services and send it, for example, by e-mail to your fellow travelers. If you book services at a special price, a separate QR code will be generated and sent to you by e-mail in a PDF document. You can send this to the fellow travellers for whom the service was booked at the special price.
Please note that the tickets (QR codes) are personal and cannot be transferred. Each traveler must show his or her own QR code at the ticket office of the attraction.
If you do not have the possibility to fill out the online registration form in advance, you arrive as usual at your card host and fill out the registration form at check-in. You will then receive the QR code in printed form.
At the same time, you will receive instructions on how to digitise the QR code again if you wish.
The Konus card, which allows you to use public transport free of charge, is not yet available digitally. You will therefore receive it in printed form as before. You can find more information about the Konus card at: KONUS-Gästekarte | Schwarzwald Tourismus GmbH.
